How do you get there?

I called Stellar at 1-Attitude one week in advanced and booked a table for four diners; two adults and two toddlers. I repeatedly requested for window seats on Sunday noon. The restaurant opens at 12pm and they can only hold your reservation for 15 minutes. Thus, be punctual. Stellar restaurant is located at One Raffles. It was complicated to find our way to the car parking in One Raffles building. The car parking is behind the building and we can't turn left after One Raffles because it is one-way street. I called the restaurant for the direction. If you plan to drive to Stellar, go to Malacca Street, then turn to Market Street, you will see Bank of Singapore on your right. Before the traffic light, turn right to a narrow street.

We parked our car at B1. With the implementation of the new Circuit Breaker measures, at the entrance, security guard checked our body temperature and we scanned QR code to register SafeEntry. We asked him for the direction to Stellar restaurant. We took an escalator to level one. If you have baby strollers, I suggest you to drop your partner with your baby stroller at One Raffles drop-off point and ask her to wait for you there and you can park your car by yourself. Stellar restaurant is not in the One Raffles building. It is next to the drop-off point. At level 1, we left One Raffles building and walked to the drop-off point where we found a stand-alone tall tower next to it. At the foot of the tower, someone directed us to the lift. Feeling was great as we ascended to level 62 while looking at the view from glass window in the lift.

Stellar at 1-Altitude

If romance is on your cards, then Stellar At 1-Altitude is the absolute place to be. Whatever shape our brunch dreams may take, nothing can top a scenic brunch coupled with a nice meal accompanied by my family. Stellar restaurant has become more spacious during COVID-19 pandemic. For a safer and enjoyable experience, there is reduction of seating capacity and tables setting have further apart to create distance.

Stellar at 1-Altitude

Stellar Restaurant is the most scenic fine dining restaurant in Central Business District (CBD). We had a wonderful experince in Stellar, served with the spectacular view of Singapore skyline. provides a jaw dropping, unobstructed 360° view of the city’s vast skyline. This is the most romantic setting to enjoy the best of Australian cuisine with the breathtaking cityview as our backdrop. Table and chairs are big and comfortable. Beat work stress with flavourful wholesome meals, delectable drinks and a panoramic view of the city at Stellar.

The Stellar Salad

I always ensure that all dishes on my dining table are edible and suitable for my children. I have to put the signature food aside. As a result, I ordered The Stellar Salad, which was made of two shrimps, poached Norwegian salmon, spinach, arugula, spelt, cranberry pistachio, honey and ginger flower dressing. I believed that my toddler would eat salmon and shrimp. Unexpectedly, the salmon was only half-cooked and the shrimps were slightly spicy. Actually, no big deal at all because my daughter enjoyed eating sourdough with butter and I ate the salad. I was quite like eating the crunchy nuts found in the salad.

Sustainable Red Snapper

Wood-fired grill fish is a hearty meal to brighten up our Sunday. The exploration of ocean flavours continues with Sustainable Red Snapper that matches perfectly with the silky anchovy shallot butter and crowned brilliantly with fresh hazelnuts for a satisfying crunch. Red snapper was fresh and absence of fishy taste. Charred leeks were sweet and delicious.

Sustainable Barramundi

We sat back and enjoyed the ambience and tranquility that came with a wholesome meal. Whole sustainable barramundi was accompanied with roasted fennel, asparagus, baby tomatoes and sliced mandarin oranges. This dish was served for two. Barramundi was grilled perfectly though it looked slightly burnt. Charred fish skin was crispy and delectable when ate with roasted asparagus and some lemon juice.

Stellar Desserts

Dessert art is a veritable paradise for those who always have room for luscious dessert. We order two desserts; pavlova and chocolate cloud. I always thought that food portion wouldn't be generous in fine dining. Stellar desserts were smaller than what I expected. They placed two desserts on one black, flat plate.

Pavlova

No meal is ever complete without dessert. Pavlova is an elegant dessert. It is a meringue-based dessert named after the Russian ballerina Anna Pavlova. Stellar Pavlova was delicately crisp crust on the edges, chewy on top, and marshmallow soft and creamy in the centers. It was topped with passion fruit, strawberries, basil, vanilla and lemon verbens.

Chocolate Cloud

Chocolate cloud is an utterly irresistible afters to end off your meal on a sweet note. Chocolate cloud was accompanied by parsley and mint sponge, gooseberry and wood smoked chocolate. Every blissful bite of chocolate sponge was satisfying, complemented with chocolate cream and mint sponge to satiate my tooth.

Overall, we had a delightful, exquisite dining experience with a gorgeous view of the city's twinkling skyline with unobstructed panoramic views of the cityscape. Service was quick and top notch. They have great hospitality.
